We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our team by managing training bookings, health & safety administration, and general office tasks. Key Responsibilities: Book and coordinate CSCS, first aid, and other training courses for site staff. Maintain and update training records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Support the Health & Safety team with administrative tasks, including document management and audits. Assist with processing risk assessments, method statements, and accident reports. Liaise with training providers, employees, and site managers to schedule training sessions. Keep databases, spreadsheets, and compliance records up to date. Provide general administrative support, including handling emails, calls, and office coordination. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or housebuilding experience desirable). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
