Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Help clients with meal preparation and feeding as required. Maintain accurate care plans and documentation to track client progress and needs. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on client status. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in IT systems relevant to care management. Drive clients to appointments or social activities when necessary, ensuring they have access to community resources. Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all clients. Qualifications Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to follow care plans meticulously while adapting to the individual needs of each client. A valid driving licence is preferred for those who may need to transport clients.
