Role Overview: As a People Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in various administrative functions and people-related activities. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent support will contribute to our mission of enhancing employee experience and engagement. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks, including managing employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR documentation. Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and training sessions to promote a positive workplace culture. HR Policies & Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and assist in preparing absence reports for management. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience. Qualifications & Skills CIPD Level 3 (Preferred) Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Oracle and Kronos systems would be an advantage.
