Summary Reporting to the HR Manager, the role of the HR Business Partner is to align business objectives with employees and management across multiple sites and locations. The HRBP will deliver a value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organisation. Main tasks & responsibilities -Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. -Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective thorough and objective investigations and facilitates appeal hearings. -Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (e.g.coaching, career development, disciplinary actions.) -Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. -Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. -Oversees Operations recruitment -Lead the business fair employment monitoring and complete associated reports. -Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuing regulatory compliance. -Participate and chair weekly/monthly meetings with Operations teams. -Lead people development strategies for Operations structure, creating and delivering succession planning proposals. -Management of operations skills matrix. -Take the lead of Fortnightly Pay and bonus reviews. Desired eduction & bakground -Possession of a Degree in HR Management or equivalent -A minimum of 4 years experience in a HR Officer Role. -Strong working knowledge across all HR related disciplines. -Associate membership of CIPD -Experience of PAMS and North Time Data is beneficial -Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. -Full clean drivers licence with access to own vehicle with business insurance.
