Location: The Solace SARC, Slough Additional Location: Maidenhead Salary: £48,000 (Pro Rata) depending on qualifications and experience Full Time Position Available - 40 hours per week Shift Patterns: Monday Sunday 24 Hours / 7 Days, 4 Management days 1 Clinical days (12 Hour clinical) The role will include: The SARC Manager will be accountable for coordinating and delivering safe and effective services to all clients of the SARC meeting national and local targets in relation to rape and sexual assault The post-holder will be required to evaluate and assess current service delivery and implement changes in practice that deliver significant and substantial improvements in access and service delivery, whilst working within a budget Additionally, the post-holder will be responsible for the management of all employees associated with the SARC There is a requirement to be flexible to cover on call shifts as and when required 7am - 7pm and to travel to SARC's if needed.
