Digital Marketing Officer Merseyside based Further Education College £16 per hour Full time 3 month contract As a Digital Marketing Executive at this College, you would be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media, optimizing website content, and analysing campaign performance to drive engagement and enrolment. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the college's overall marketing goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including websites, social media, and email. Manage and optimize the college's website content to improve user experience. Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all digital platforms. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach. Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to inquiries and engaging with followers. Create and schedule social media content, ensuring it is timely and relevant. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote college programs and events. Segment email lists and personalize messages to improve engagement. Track email campaign performance and adjust as needed. Analytic & Reporting: Track and analyse digital marketing performance using various analytic tools. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals. Other Responsibilities: Support the marketing team with other tasks as needed. Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Requirements Educated to degree level, preferably within Marketing Experienced with digital marketing, including scheduling platforms, creation of visual content, campaign creation, working with data and analytic to inform marketing decisions and website development Understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service and gathering and acting on feedback. Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences e.g. staff, prospective students and parents.
