Description | Salary £43,421 - £48,474 Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Quality & Improvement Service | Pay Award Pending International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship We have a fantastic opportunity which has arisen for a Grade 10 Quality Assurance and Practice Development Lead reporting to the Quality Assurance and Practice Development Manager, the post holder will lead on the development and implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework and the CQC Assurance Framework to drive continuous improvement and high standards in professional practice across Adult Social care. This role is to support the design and implementation of robust Quality Assurance and Improvement management processes to support complex multi-faceted programmes, which includes supporting setting goals, objectives, resources, risk management, milestones and reporting measures of success. The post holder will lead on defined quality assurance aspects of the quality assurance framework ensuring services are CQC compliant aiming for excellence in professional practice. The role involves developing and implementing qualitative and quantitative approaches to quality assurance and develop action plans targeting areas for improvement. Identifying risk and issues and develop action plans and support to address them, escalating risks to the heads of services. You will be promoting excellent practice through this role and providing clear direction to the teams and service areas including providing oversight of compliance.
