They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controls Lead for EPCM projects to be based out of their Salford office in North West, England .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyse, and interpret project data on performance.
2. Track costs, schedule activities, and manage risks to create monthly project reports.
3. Manage and lead activities related to project planning and controls, cost management, reporting, and risk management.
4. Issue project control deliverables and progress reports in a timely manner.
5. Provide leadership to planning engineers, schedulers, and cost engineers.
6. Support the Project Manager and oversee planning and scheduling on the project.
7. Understand project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets.
8. Advise the PM on time and cost-related variations and claims.
What are they looking for:
9. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
10. Considerable experience in project controls on EPCM projects for a main contractor in the Process/Industry sectors.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
12. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
