Salary: £24,000 - £39,000 (DOE)

My client, a well-established and dynamic company based in Bury, is seeking a bubbly and hard-working Office Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee the smooth running of the office and support day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Managing office operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
* Welcoming and assisting people coming into the office.
* Handling administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and general office tasks.
* Answering and managing phone calls.
* Conducting health and safety checks and carrying out risk assessments (desirable).
* Supporting the team with Office 365 and Adobe Pro tasks as needed.
* Assisting in the onboarding process for new staff members.
* Overseeing office maintenance and ensuring a positive office environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Adobe Pro.
* Health and safety knowledge, with experience in risk assessments, would be beneficial.
* Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
* Bubbly, approachable, and able to foster a friendly office atmosphere.
Working Hours:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with flexibility around start and finish times.
