Due to substantial growth, they are looking for an experienced claims consultant to support this collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
* End to end claims management and processing. Work on a portfolio of around 80 active claims, primarily within the SME sector (landlords, construction, etc.)
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and Brokers, providing necessary updates and escalations.
* Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in claims documentation and data entry.
* Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed:
* 2+ years in SME claims handling. Experience with landlords and construction would be highly regarded.
* Tier 1 or 2 is essential.
* Understanding of commercial insurance processes and claims management.
* The ability to work autonomously but also collaborate with the team to achieve targets for your clients.
* You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
