Job Summary
We are seeking a creative Digital Marketer to join our team and help us expand our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives. You will be reporting to the Brand Manager and will be responsible for executing campaigns across various digital channels, optimizing performance, and leveraging data to refine strategies.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals
* Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and maintain brand consistency
* Engage with the audience, responding to trends and interactions in real-time
* Create and optimize multimedia content that drives conversions, engagement, and brand affinity
* Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to create impactful campaigns
* Implement A/B testing for creatives and messaging to continuously optimize content performance
* Track key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROAS) to refine strategy
* Optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) for maximum ROI
* Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging digital trends
Key Skills
* 2 years’ experience in digital marketing with proven track record of managing successful campaigns
* Strong grasp of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok promotions, and engagement strategies
* Experience in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting for social media
* Expertise in SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
* Experience in audience interaction, brand building, and influencer collaborations
* Ability to analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies for ROI
* Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, and creative platforms like Canva and Adobe Suite
* Passion for keeping up with social media trends and viral content and platform updates
