Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Hybrid with Travel to Bolton and Crewe Offices
We are currently looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our highly experienced team who support our external clients in finding the best talent in the market. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a wide range of healthcare roles. You will play a vital part in helping healthcare providers find the right professionals who align with their needs and values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source, attract, and engage healthcare professionals across various specialties.
* Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Collaborate with clients and candidates to negotiate contracts, salaries, and other terms of employment.
* Keep track of candidate pipelines and job vacancies, ensuring timely and efficient placement.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, offering advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
* Utilise recruitment software and databases to manage and track candidate data.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus in healthcare recruitment.
* In-depth understanding of the healthcare market, including various roles within healthcare settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements is a plus.
* A passion for improving healthcare delivery by placing qualified professionals in meaningful roles.
