We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join bpha’s In House Maintenance Service, who make a difference to our customer’s lives everyday by delivering a high-quality repairs service designed around them.
We operate across Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, and we utilise the latest technology to ensure that we not only deliver a great experience for our customers, but for our colleagues as well.

We are currently looking for a Groundworker/Multi Trade Operative to be responsible for the delivery and completion of repairs within our customers' homes and within empty homes (voids).
What you will be doing:
1. Applying your technical knowledge, skills and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Ensure that the repairs required are diagnosed correctly and works completed are to a high standard & quality
3. Delivering a service which understands the needs of our customers and delivers a positive outcome for them
4. To undertake additional duties commensurate with the level of this role as required
We’d love to meet someone with:
5. NVQ level 2 or higher in a Construction trade / City & Guilds 6219 –07
6. Substantial experience of all aspects of Groundwork/Multi trade maintenance works and Responsive Repairs.
7. A strong, demonstratable commitment to excellent in customer service
8. A full Uk driving licence
9. Ideally educated to GCSE level or equivalent
10. Good and relevant health and safety knowledge
11. High levels of organisation, problem solving and communication skills
