Registered Manager (Ofsted) - Children's Home

Package: Up to £72,825 p/annum (Basic Salary: £54,825)
About The Role
A Children's Home located in Gillingham is looking to expand and have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined Children's Home Registered Manager. This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have outstanding care, great role models and a safe place to call home. The Home wants the very best people managing their Children's Homes, which is why they are offering a £5,000 relocation bonus to anyone willing to move to take up this role.
Am I Suitable?
1. Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
2. At least 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
3. Has their NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce.
4. Has their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
5. Has achieved a "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within recent Ofsted Inspections.
