As a Key Member Of Our Team, You Will
* Oversee dissection processes, rota management, and frozen section services across multiple sites.
* Provide leadership in the day-to-day management of the service.
* Guide and train Biomedical Scientists (BMS) and resident doctors.
* Lead investigations into incidents to maintain and enhance our high standards.

NWLP Induction
The NWLP induction will run on the first Monday of each month (provided it does not fall on a bank holiday) and includes laboratory training (for relevant laboratory roles). All new staff must attend the NWLP induction during their first week with NWLP.
