The Position
Are you an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a passion for medical education? We are seeking a Senior Medical Education Project Manager to develop and implement strategic, compliant field-based educational initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will lead the creation of evidence-based, medical education programs for the field team, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development of field medical education strategy based on insights from healthcare professionals and health systems.
2. Ensure the delivery of tailored educational tools that align with NHS requirements and Novo Nordisk's strategy.
3. Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal signatories to develop and certify high-quality educational materials.
4. Lead the process for obtaining Continuing Professional Development accreditation and other relevant certifications for field medical education programs.
5. Support organisational readiness by training internal teams on the effective execution of medical education activities.
6. Optimise processes, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in medical education activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline.
2. Knowledge of ABPI code is a must.
3. Strong pharmaceutical industry experience, including understanding of matrix organisations.
4. Experience leading departmental and cross-functional projects.
5. A solid understanding of the UK Healthcare system and medical education needs.
