The Team
The Securitisation team is a key part of the firm, handling high-value property transactions for social housing providers, care homes, charities, and private developers. Operating across multiple locations, they work on everything from small developments to large-scale portfolios.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Team Administrator to provide essential support to our Leeds-based legal team and assist colleagues across other offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Admin Support: Filing, photocopying, handling post, archiving, and arranging couriers.
* Transaction Management: Overseeing post-completion registrations and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Marketing & BD: Assisting with business development materials and client communications.
* File & Workflow Management: Keeping digital and physical records organized and providing updates to senior team members.
What You’ll Need
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Word skills (auto-numbering, bookmarks, track changes).
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
* Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently.
* Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
