About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teaching and provide focused intervention for small groups and individual pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Providing targeted support to pupils with varying needs.
Leading small group sessions to help boost literacy and numeracy skills.
Supporting classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Building strong relationships with pupils to inspire confidence and engagement.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who thrives in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will have:
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience working with children in a primary school environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive and supportive approach to children’s learning and well-being.
The ability to adapt to the needs of individual learners and provide inclusive support.
