We are looking for compassionate and resilient support workers to provide high-quality care in diverse settings, including: Children and Young People: Residential care, early intervention, respite care, and support for those with complex needs. Young Adults and Adults: Supported living services for individuals aged 16+, mother and baby programs, and assistance for those transitioning to independence.

Key Responsibilities Supervision & Support: Provide structured, person-centred care in a safe and nurturing residential setting. Managing Behaviours: Support young people facing emotional distress, verbal or physical aggression, and complex trauma histories. Safeguarding & Risk Management: Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns while ensuring a secure and supportive environment. Encouraging Independence: Help young people develop life skills, access education, and engage in social activities. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support. Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain clear, professional reports in line with regulatory and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience supporting children and young people with complex needs. Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle is ideal but not necessary Clearances: An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) & Social Care Wales registration (or equivalent). Desirable: Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential). Key Traits: Resilience, empathy, adaptability, and a passion for improving young lives.
