Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to progress your pharmacy career. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals to join our friendly team of Pharmacy Technicians who provide a range of pharmaceutical services at Solihull Hospital. During this role you will work within the main dispensary, chemotherapy satellite, community services and conduct ward based duties. In this progressive role, you will be fully supported to gain the skills and experience required to practice at an advanced level in the hospital setting. As the successful candidate, you will first commence in the role at band 4, and then upon completion of a development plan you will progress to your Band 5 role. You need to be a qualified Pharmacy Technician registered with the GPhC to apply, however applications from candidates due to qualify & register this year will be considered. Experience of hospital pharmacy is not essential as you will be well-supported in training and developing into this role. This is a developmental post where successful candidates will have the option to gain the skills they require to progress to a band 5 ACT position.
