Organisation Stadium MK Salary £25,000 Location Milton Keynes Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 30 August 2024 Interview date 5 Job Description Job purpose: The role will engage with Milton Keynes communities to raise awareness of MK Dons Men’s and Women's teams, involve them in match day experiences through involvement in MK Dons SET activities. The worker will manage all aspects of Match Day experience for community groups and organisations attending matches, and work with commercial and Club partners to engage new fans in MK Dons SET and MK Dons FC activities.
The expectation will be that the role increases community participation in matchdays, club and charity activities so the role will require daytime, evening, and weekend work as a norm full time.
Role Competencies:
Planning Timescales:
•Excellent planning required to create a community calendar of engagement to build fan base for MK Dons Men and Women's teams
•Planned liaison meetings with Stadium MK departments to ensure synergy of requirements and clear communication process.
•Willingness to work evenings, weekends and participate in training events when required.
Decision Making:
•Creation of matchday experience programme for new and existing fans – within budget and to achieve high impact
•To maintain good standards across the workforce to ensure the highest quality delivery, governance processes are maintained and reviewed regularly.
Impact and Influence:
•To increase participation in MK Dons SET and MK Dons events on matchdays, contributing to the development of the fan base and experience.
•Work with the Schools Manager and MK Dons SET teams to engage communities to attend and take part regularly in events and activities.
•To report the impact of the work undertaken to include increase in community numbers attending games, events and activities, fan experience and support MK Dons SET CEO with sharing with Sponsors and Friends of the Trust.
•To undertake every opportunity to promote a positive image of MK Dons, Stadium MK and Milton Keynes Dons Sport and Education Trust
•To positively promote the Trust’s Equal Opportunities policy and core values in all aspects of the post’s responsibilities and duties.

•To be able to work to a business plan and budget to hit targets and deadlines.
Lead and Develop:
•To develop Fan engagement activities from scratch to increase participation numbers.
•To be committed to continuous professional development relevant to the post and personal training needs supporting future career advancement.
Operating Parameters:
•To plan and coordinate all match day activities including Ball Retrieval team, Mascots, Young Don Zone, Mascot Experience and half-time activities for Men and Women's teams. This will require close working with Commercial, Marketing and MK Dons SET teams to ensure good communication and integration of business needs.
•To invite and liaise with community organisations on matchday and provide a programme which inspires them to return to future games; linking with Stadium MK organisations to ensure high quality offer.
•To plan and deliver regular Family Fun Days at Stadium MK in conjunction with Stadium MK to increase participation and high-quality experience minimum of 4 times a year.
•To work with Schools Manager to develop partnerships with School to create a calendar of school engagement in MK Dons SET and MK Dons events and activities.
•Liaison with MK Dons SET teams to coordinate community engagement and increase participation in match day and MK Dons SET events.
•To coordinate participate in matchday planning meetings
•To coordinate a calendar of player engagements in MK Dons SET activities annually.
•To carryout reporting linked to community engagement numbers and impact for MK Dons SET.
•To upload engagement data to MK Dons SET and Commercial data capture systems for reporting purposes and to determine the impact of work undertaken.
•To carry out administrative duties as necessary e.g. maintain accurate attendance registers; carry out risk assessments, monitor and evaluate assessment of events and activities in line with responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to complete and clear an enhanced DBS check.
