Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Accounts & Administration professional for our client based in North Lanarkshire. Role Overview Reporting to the Director, this is a varied role covering accounts, purchasing, customer service, and general administrative support within a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities Manage purchase and sales ledger and carry out credit control tasks. Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability. Book in materials and update records accordingly. Handle customer service queries and process purchase orders. Manage reception duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries. Provide administrative support to the production team and directors. Skills & Experience Accounts experience is essential, particularly in purchase and sales ledger. Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is required. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Offering Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE. Working hours: 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 12:30pm. 28 days holiday, including Christmas & New Year shutdown.
