Job Introduction:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to join the Gleeson Land team with excellent organisational, administrative, communication and time-management skills, as well as great attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
As a member of the Gleeson Land team, you will assist our Office Administrator with a range of administrative duties for the three departments within our business, Land, Planning and Technical.
A High level summary of key responsibilities:
Processing invoices and dealing with any queries.
Bank app payments.
Raise and monitor purchase orders.
Raise new consultant appointments and dealing with any queries.
Maintaining consultant professional indemnity certificates.
Deal with daily post - receive and distribute as appropriate.
Answer telephones and visitor welcome (occasional).
Photocopier care (toners, maintenance).
Archiving (invoices/appointments/warranties).
Any ad-hoc assistance required by any team member.
Provide holiday cover for Office Administrator.
The Ideal Candidate:
Attention to detail, organised, responsive and personable.
Experience / competence in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Professional telephone and email manner.
Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
Experience in Coins desired but not essential.
Full clean driving licence desired.
