What you’ll do
* Design, build, and optimise Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that drive efficiency.
* Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into user-friendly applications.
* Embed governance and security best practices in all Power Platform solutions.
* Mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise to grow technical capability across the organisation.
* Monitor Microsoft and Azure roadmaps, recommending improvements to keep us ahead.
* Provide third-line support, resolving complex technical issues with ease.

What you bring
* Expertise in Power Platform development, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
* Strong knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in app development.
* Experience integrating data from Microsoft 365 and external systems.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Microsoft certifications like PL-100 or AZ-900 (a plus, but not essential).
Job details
* This is a Monday to Friday role, with a 7.5 hour working day typically between 8am and 5pm to enable collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
* You’ll manage your own diary, so if you need to work from home to take delivery of your new fridge or take a longer lunch for a haircut, you can use your flexi time to manage that!
* This is a hybrid role and you’ll spend 2 days in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, and the rest working from home.
