Learning Design Senior Manager – London, UK (Hybrid) – Possibl
Possibl is recruiting on behalf of a creative, energetic and passionate group of folks at a talent and learning consultancy with a big interest in behavioural science. Based in London (hybrid & flexible), a new position, a Senior Learning Design Manager, has become available to join their high performing and creative design hub, to create memorable learning experiences across a range of topics, serving big name clients in the UK.

What you will do:
1. Design and develop experiential learning, training and communications for clients, with a focus on management development programmes (Virtual and F2F).
2. Lead end to end on medium and large sized projects, playing a key role in major team-based, higher value ones.
3. Own several client projects simultaneously, delegating to managers, execs and analysts in the team.
4. Use your writing skills to create memorable learning sessions with clear outcomes.
5. Support on sales related activities such as RFPs, proposals etc.
Experience & skills required:
1. Time served designing experiential learning sessions (ideally using behavioural science and human centred design principles).
2. Excellent relationship builder internally and externally, including with senior leaders.
3. Ability to own complex medium and large size projects end to end.
4. Strong creative writing skills – for both L&D design and generally.
5. Analytical and able to problem solve.
6. Experienced in an HR, L&D, talent & development role ideally (in-house or consulting) or within a creative writing position, with an interest in learning & development.
