This full-time role requires someone with a background in school administration and proficiency in SIMS software, ready to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and capable of managing a busy front office with minimal training. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and Welcoming : Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, ensuring a professional and friendly reception area. Managing Communications : Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Administrative Support : Assisting with daily administrative tasks, including updating school records, managing appointments, and maintaining schedules. SIMS Management : Efficiently using the SIMS system to manage student attendance, input data, and generate reports. Visitor Management : Monitoring and managing visitor logs, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies. Team Collaboration : Supporting teaching and administrative staff with documentation, communications, and other clerical needs. Resource Coordination : Assisting in ordering supplies, organizing deliveries, and maintaining inventory records. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a school setting. Proficiency in SIMS software is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently.
