Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons for students at various levels, including Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, question, and experiment. Implement effective teaching strategies and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Utilize innovative resources, technology, and practical demonstrations to enhance the learning experience and stimulate interest in Spanish. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assessments, and educational programs that align with national standards and promote academic excellence. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individualized learning goals through targeted interventions and enrichment activities. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities to contribute to the overall school community and personal growth Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Modern Foreign Languages or Spanish. Proven experience teaching science at the secondary level, preferably in a UK school setting. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
