QSHE Manager
Alexander Steele is working exclusively with a global food manufacturing business to recruit an experienced QSHE Manager in Buckinghamshire. This role will focus on setting and achieving the highest standards for safety, food safety and product quality within the food industry and will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements across their UK sites.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership/management of all QSHE employees and be the voice of quality, safety, health & environment.
* Oversee all food safety and regulatory compliance initiatives including HACCP, SQF, FSMA.
* Manage all health, safety and environmental issues in line with local legislation, working with all functional departments to ensure their compliance with local law
* Lead customer and third-party audits as appropriate.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Background Experience:
* 8+ years of quality/HSE leadership in the food manufacturing industry.
* Degree in Food science or related field, Masters preferred
* NEBOSH Diploma qualified would be preferred
* Lead auditor certification
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
