Our client, a respected property industry leader, seeks a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead commercial marketing within a designated region. This crucial role strategically manages and executes all regional commercial marketing initiatives, directly supporting the Sales Director to achieve sales targets and implement the overarching marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities include: managing daily marketing activities; operating within the agreed budget; competitor analysis; briefing and coordinating marketing materials; providing brand and advertising guidance to sales teams; liaising with PR, marketing, advertising, design, media, radio, and PPC agencies; attending strategic meetings; coordinating promotional activities (new site openings, re-launches); coordinating press statements and managing media enquiries; collaborating on social media responses and promotional schedules; providing performance reports; commercial liaison for budget monitoring; overseeing property portal feeds and content; ensuring legal compliance of marketing materials; implementing group-led initiatives; managing e-campaigns and mail-shots; managing property photography; website content management; coordinating new development online launches; developing CRM (SMS and Marketing Cloud) campaigns; identifying new marketing opportunities; setting up and monitoring tracking and campaigns; managing charity and sponsorship relationships; supporting LAF documents; analysing marketing data to inform media spend; attending marketing managers' meetings; ensuring brand consistency; analysing data for media strategy recommendations; and supporting Sales Directors with integrated campaign suggestions. The ideal candidate will possess: excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical abilities; relationship-building skills; commercial awareness; creativity and adaptability; CRM (ideally Salesforce) and Google Analytics proficiency; IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop); essential experience managing marketing activities within a busy Sales/Marketing function; desirable experience in a Sales/Marketing management role within the House Building or Construction sector; solid understanding of customer and market dynamics; proven strategic marketing experience; and experience analysing digital media campaigns.
