Job Description
In this role you'll look after all administration associated with the entire employee lifecycle, and provide a first class service to our practices across the group. Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract .
* Support our People Services Team Lead to manage the entire employee lifecycle
* Actively promote a culture of best practice and consistency in all administration areas
* Provide a first class service to our practices across the group.
Qualifications
We welcome your application if you have the following
qualifications
and skills:
* HR administration experience (not vital, but advantageous if you do); you'll be able to deal confidently with Practice and Line Managers and deliver to deadlines when under pressure. We also welcome applications from graduates with either a relevant degree or experience.
* It's an added bonus if you also have payroll processing experience, with detailed payroll systems knowledge, along with previous experience of using ADP.
* The ability to manage a high volume of work in an organised, efficient manner.
* Strong values, are process driven with great attention to detail and you are self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude .

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham (typically one day a week in the office, and the rest working from home).
