Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established surveying solutions business with a broad client base across the UK. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to expand the Surveying team within 3 different areas.
Main Responsibilities of the Residential and Valuation Surveyor
1. To carry out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys for residential properties.
2. Preparing thorough, clear, and accurate reports for clients.
3. Identifying property defects and providing expertise recommendations.
4. Managing client relationships and offering high-quality advice.
5. Ensure all surveying work complies with industry standards and regulations.
Experience and Skills Required
1. RICS Qualified: Assoc/MRICS/FRICS. Also be a member of RICS VRS (Valuers Registration Scheme) or able to join.
2. Experience undertaking Level 2 surveys, Level 2 Survey and valuations, Help to Buy Valuations, Level 3 surveys (or a willingness to move up to Level 3's if not already doing).
3. Ideally 2+ years Post Qualification Experience (but not essential).
4. Full Clean Driving License.
5. Access to your own Vehicle.

1. A£5000 car allowance.
2. Standard Government pension.
3. Bonus scheme based on achieving % of expected workload. i.e., 7.5% of basic wage paid if achieving 90% of target in a month, 15% paid if achieving 100%.
