Work as a member of the Complex Needs Service in the assessment and management of vulnerable adults with complex mental health needs including those who find it difficult to sustain contact with mental health services. Be accountable to the Operational Lead and will support the team in the day to day operational and clinical management of the Team. Be expected to regularly undertake delegated managerial responsibilities and duties, and to deputise for the Operational Leads absence or as required Working closely with the senior team, ensure that all team members are performing at their optimum level and that the team is delivering a recovery focused, responsive, high quality and user-friendly service for service users, families and carers and the Trust. Work with the Operational Lead to deliver a service which is soundly evidence based, has a reputation for quality and ensures that all available resources are utilised efficiently and within budget.
