Trainee Resin Injection Operatives Overview
• Concrete Repair & Ground Remediation
• Structural Strengthening
• Waterproofing and leak sealing
• Rendering & Pointing
• Crack repair using resin injection & crack stitching techniques
• Experience with leading manufacturers products such as Sika, Fosroc and similar repair materials
• Experience in Highways, Rail & Utilities industries advantageous, but not essential
Trainee Resin Injection Operatives Requirements
• Hold a valid CSCS card
• Must be responsible for wearing the correct PPE and uniform on site at all times
• Enthusiastic, positive & a proactive team player
• Excellent attention to detail skills & takes pride in their work
• A good timekeeper & efficient worker
• Be physically fit as practical work is involved
• Have a valid UK driving license
Trainee Resin Injection Operatives Remuneration
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Job Type: Full-time, permanent - 40 hours per week
• Subsistence for £15 per day paid for when working away on site
• Acceptance into our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) after one year of continuous service
• Remuneration: National Minimum Wage then once fully trained and on completion of training programme up to £21.00 per hour
• Chemical and Resin Grouting Level 2 NVQ
