Job summary We are looking for a passionate Registered Nursing Associate, looking to take the next step with us at Colne House within the Adult Community South East team at HPFT. Adult Community Mental Health Services work with service users within a model of care that aids recovery and enables them to return to their full potential in day to day life. This is a multidisciplinary teams consisting of doctors, community nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, vocational and employment advisors, specialist personality disorder workers, drama and art therapists. Main duties of the job As a Nursing Associate you will be expected to: Have a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan and across the fields of Nursingproviding holistic and person centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. Work independently under the leadership of registered nurses, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process. Equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviours relevant to employment as a Nursing Associate and will work to a nationally recognised code of conduct.
