JOB PURPOSE
Flogas Britain Ltd are looking for a Central Admin Services administrator to join the team based at our head office. Reporting to the Lead Administrator you will oversee the day-to-day Receptionist duties and provide support to the Central Admin Services team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage inbound calls across all product areas as the business requires.
2. Answer all calls in a timely, professional manner, meeting established performance standards.
3. Signing visitors in and out, ensuring Health & Safety guidelines have been followed.
4. Remaining resilient when dealing with challenging customers and situations.
5. Booking meeting rooms at the head office via Outlook for all the business.
6. Manage all inbound & outbound departments post management and distributing to the relevant departments.
7. Ordering all stationery and stock taking.
8. Ordering lunches.
9. Use CODAS to maintain accurate customer history and information.
10. Adhering to all requisite Flogas and customer standards, procedures, and work instructions.
11. Support and help the Central Admin Services Team with any of their processes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
2. Experience with administrative processes that require accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present information effectively.
4. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (experience with Codas is preferred but not required).
5. Ability to analyze and process data with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
6. Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role, managing interactions professionally.
7. Experience in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality.
