As a Technical Business Analyst, you will support our clients in defining and implementing a data journey aligned with their strategic objectives. You will be part of our delivery team and work consultatively across various data environments, helping our clients solve their business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating requirement specifications and analysing requirements.
* Creating visual models, facilitating elicitation sessions, and digging around in the data when needed.
* Designing and building reports – capturing data requirements for the client and team.
What we’re looking for:
* Creating and analysing specifications and creating visual models.
* Facilitating workshop sessions, and using the necessary business analyst tools.
* Working with SQL databases and database querying languages.
* Programming skills such as Python and R.
* Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches).
* Hands-on experience working with technologies / platforms e.g., Power BI, Microsoft suite, Jira / Confluence, Azure DevOps.
* Leads by example and models behaviours that support a culture of safety, health and wellness.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with and manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is AUD 78,000 to AUD 109,000 inclusive of superannuation dependent on skills, experience and work location.
