Relet Coordinator Across East Midlands £33,945 - £36,372 per annum Our Property Services teams offer a wide variety of services including repairs, responsive maintenance, adaptations, bespoke building refurbishments, gas and electrical services, painting and void management across a large area of the East Midlands. Our Relet team specifically manages our void properties, ensuring they are in the best condition they possibly can be. We have a great opportunity to join the team as a Relet Coordinator. You’ll be one of two Relet Coordinators, whose role is to the assist the Team Managers in the delivery of a high quality and accurate technical inspection and co-ordination of all voids. You will also assist with the expansion into new business areas as required; ensuring it is customer focused, compliant and sustains high levels of excellence and value for money, in line with NCHA's vision of 'More Homes, Great Services, Better Lives.' Some of your expected duties might include: Help in co-ordinating the delivery of all voids for NCHA Carry out technical inspections and surveys in line with agreed standards Provide accurate and detailed specifications and schedules Undertake Health and Safety Inspections on DMS operatives as required Apply innovative solutions to realise continuous improvement of service delivery; ensuring the most effective solutions for works are identified Provide operative performance information for the Team Managers The hours of work are 37 per week, which are usually worked 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm on Friday, with an hour for lunch except on a Friday, which is half hour. Our head office is based in Clifton, Nottinghamshire and we have properties across the East Midlands. This position is predominantly site based. Our ideal candidate would have current and relevant knowledge of building processes, a working knowledge of CDM, Asbestos and all regulations relating to the delivery of the service area works. You will have a relevant trade qualification and/or experience working within the construction trade or in a similar role. You will need good IT skills, as well as being a confident communicator.
