Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT services sales manager, with a strong focus on account-to-account payments systems, to grow Aspire's project and annuity payments business in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) across Europe from UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling offshore and nearshore IT services to banks and payments services providers (mostly Tiers 2 to 5). This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle and positioning Finastra's Payments-to-Go product, as a way to win new clients, and then expand into other areas of Aspire's service portfolio. To do this, the role involves owning the addressable market, selecting and presenting propositions, creating messaging and being the functional manager for one or more offshore-based members of the business development staff. Additionally, the role involves speaking at events, organising Aspire's events on themes related to change in the payments industry and the day-to-day management of Aspire's relationship with Finastra Payments.
