Salary: up to £50,000 + bonus with OTE in the region of £65,000

We are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to drive the Used Car Department within our Client's dealership in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading and motivating the team to deliver both in terms of targets and customer experience;
2. Maximise the sales volume and profitability of Used Cars plus Finance and Insurance (F&I) products;
3. Drive the team to reach/ exceed departmental objectives;
4. Promote a team culture of excellence and high performance;
5. Assist the Head of Business in developing the customer journey and the colleague experience.
Requirements:
1. Motor Trade experience - a Sales Manager role with a Prestige / Premium brand or Specialist Used Car site;
2. Customer-centric approach;
3. Solid understanding of current motor industry trends and practices;
4. Drive to be the best;
5. Strong attention to detail;
6. Full UK driving licence.
