About the Role
:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working alongside Thurrock Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
Day to day duties
1. Taking calls from tenants
2. Repairs inbox ( answering and responding to emails)
3. Booking repairs in to the operatives diaries
4. Booking in appointments for the residents
5. Dealing with repair emails from client and residents
6. Liaising with the client
7. Liaising with operatives
8. Helping the Planning section
Role Criteria
9. Customer service focused.
10. IT literate especially Microsoft
11. Ability to deal with challenges and complaints.
12. Reliable and hardworking
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Good Telephone manner
