A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Property lawyer of 0 to 3 years’ PQE to join this well-regarded private practice law firm in Lancashire. The successful candidate can expect to support both local and national clients on a diverse range of non-contentious matters within the Agricultural and Estates sector. Working closely with the Partners, who are experts in their field, you assist in providing legal services to farmers, landowners, estates, and agri-businesses. Specific matters you can expect to work on include: • Buying and selling Land, Farms, Woodlands and Landed Estates • Dealing with agricultural secured lending • Negotiating documents in relation to renewable energy projects • Agricultural Tenancies and Easements • Option and Pre-emption Agreements.
\nYou will need to be able to work as part of a team, communicate and develop good working relationships with a broad range of clients and other agricultural professionals. In addition to candidates with pre-existing Agricultural Property experience, our client will also consider candidates who have Commercial Property experience but can demonstrate an interest on the Agricultural sector.
