Lodestone Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our manufacturing client in Sheffield who have a requirement for an experienced HR Manager. The company is undergoing growth and has a plan to double in size within the next 5 years through internal growth and company acquisitions. Their main hub is in Sheffield, but they have a number of sites throughout the UK which you will be responsible for. They require someone with strong skills in HR Management who is ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5, reporting directly to the Managing Director. There is opportunity for natural growth within the role as the company goes through this exciting period!
Candidates should have the following experience to be considered for the role:
1. Proven experience as HR Manager with around 10 years experience.
