Midweight Creative, Social Content & Brand Partnerships - Creative Agency – to £40k
This flourishing independent creative agency powers the brands that are built on fans.
Their work spans social content, brand partnerships, entertainment marketing and activations for some of the biggest names in film, TV, gaming and music.
Now this 50-strong shop is looking for a Midweight Creative who thrives on big ideas, loves social media and understands how to make brands part of the conversation in meaningful ways.
The Midweight Creative role
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can take a client brief and generate original ideas that truly engage the audience. Whether it’s developing social-first campaigns or shaping brand partnerships, you’ll be at the heart of crafting work that drives engagement and talkability.
This role requires someone who:
• Can ideate across different formats, from organic social content to influencer collaborations and PR-worthy brand activations
• Knows how to develop creative campaigns that live on social and sometimes in retail, understanding how brand partnerships can come to life across these spaces
• Can create content that stands out organically (not just via paid media), knowing what makes a great TikTok, Instagram Reel, or Reddit thread
• Understands how to use Reddit, YouTube, and social listening tools to research trends, find audience insights and spark new ideas
• Can think in ‘free ideas’ as well as traditional advertising, balancing big-impact thinking with budget-conscious execution
• Has an interest in entertainment (film, TV, gaming, music) and knows how to work with IP to create engaging and relevant content
• Can take an idea from concept to execution – whether that’s storyboarding, creating rough mock-ups in CapCut, using AI for visualisation, or briefing and collaborating with the creative studio to bring it to life.
The essentials
• 3+ years’ experience in a creative role at an agency or in-house
• A portfolio of ideas-led work, showcasing engaging social content, clever brand partnerships, or entertainment-related activations
• Strong understanding of organic social media, including platform trends, audience behaviour, and best practices
• Interest in entertainment marketing and cultural moments that capture audience attention
• Ability to ideate and communicate creative ideas clearly, visually and verbally
Work from home policy
The agency is based in Central London three days per week.
Salary and benefits
