A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our National Medical Detailing team, where you will be responsible for detailing CeraVe, La Roche Posay and Vichy products to health-care professionals across your territory and ultimately contributing to the medicalisation of the brand.
You will:
1. Own physician relationships in primary care with an agreed set of GP, dermatologist & pharmacist targets to educate on L'Oréal Dermatological products.
2. Identify, network, sample and detail all Dermatology stakeholders on territory & seek out new business opportunities to achieve sales, market share & profit targets.
3. Achieve regional sales targets through implementing individual activity taking into account call rates, coverage and frequency of calling on identified customers.
4. Develop a Territory Action Plan which outlines activities to be undertaken at territory level.
5. Agree clear and SMART objectives with Medical Relations Manager for specific strategic actions.
6. Maintain high levels of product knowledge, especially key clinical papers and customer and competitor knowledge.
7. Maintain accurate customer records and provide feedback on marketing materials / campaign.
8. Be aware of developments in the health care environment and local issues.
9. Ensure all administration tasks are completed in a timely manner.
10. Manage territory AV meetings and sponsorship budgets to ensure budget compliance.
11. Attend sales conferences and other events which may involve overnight stays.
12. Undertake any other appropriate tasks as may arise.
You have:
1. Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
2. Medical Sales background with proven track record in driving success.
3. Understanding and interest in the healthcare environment.
4. Experience in delivering large medical educational events.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. ‘Can do’ attitude and target driven.
