Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Occupational Therapist at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
We are looking for an innovative and flexible Occupational Therapist, with experience of working across both mental health and physical health settings. You will be required to work with people to address the mental health and psychological impact of their MSK condition.
You will provide direct clinical care encompassing assessment & treatment within both a clinic and community setting.
You will have an understanding of the current agendas influencing services and be able to evidence continuous professional development.
Support and supervision is available from Service Lead Occupational Therapist and MSK Specialist Occupational Therapist as part of the Occupational Therapy Service supervision and Personal Development structure.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Experience working with conditions of the hand & wrist, rheumatology and vocational rehabilitation is also advantageous.
A Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are essential requirements.
