The Role
As our Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our operations and finance teams running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing Administrative Tasks – Raising purchase orders, maintaining filing systems, and updating commercial spreadsheets
-Supporting Accountancy Functions – Assisting with daily accountant tasks, invoice management, and client queries
-Handling Tenders & Quotations – Sending tender packages and ensuring supplier quotes are received
-Client Interaction – Dealing with clients professionally and ensuring a seamless experience
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven Experience in Administration (accounting knowledge is a bonus!)
✔ Sage/Xero Knowledge (advantageous) & Strong Microsoft Office Skills
✔ Organised, Detail-Oriented & Proactive with excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to Work to Deadlines & Manage Workload Efficiently
