Supervising staff: Mentoring and training staff members, and ensuring they are working flexibly to maintain adult:child ratios Building relationships: Developing positive relationships with parents and carers, and communicating with them about their child's progress Support individual children and groups with emotional, physical, and educational needs, including those with special needs About You Be able to do the job as described. Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Passionate about early childhood education and committed to pupil progress. Skilled in using creative teaching approaches to inspire young learners. Strong ability to manage classroom behaviour while creating a safe and stimulating environment.
