Job Description:
We're looking for a creative and organised individual to join our UK B2B team. You will be responsible for organising and supervising FLOWERBX events and key client accounts, as well as bringing in new business opportunities. You will enhance the FLOWERBX brand by liaising with clients to ensure the design and installation process runs seamlessly and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create floral concepts and proposals aligned to the client’s needs and vision, whilst adhering to the FLOWERBX aesthetic.
2. Create and manage proposals, estimates, budgets, supplies, invoicing and logistics, working cross-functionally with the wider FLOWERBX team.
3. Proactively manage and resolve issues with suppliers and/or customers, ensuring quality control is monitored at all times.
4. Work closely with the creative, marketing and operations teams to manage the promotions, communications and branding aspects of events and installations.
5. Generate necessary support documents for all events and meetings, administrative tasks including invoicing, following up enquiries, reviewing contracts and creating detailed event schedules.
6. Ensure full and accurate records for each event are kept in line with company procedures.
7. Manage the day-to-day operations of physical FLOWERBX retail locations, including activities such as ordering stock and supplies, organising labour and building relationships with the wider hotel teams.
8. Responsible for maintaining high standards in the physical FLOWERBX retail locations, including onboarding and training of team members, establishing smooth communication and robust processes, and tracking of key metrics.
9. Create sales opportunities for future events by conducting outreach to new potential clients, building new revenue opportunities with existing clients and exploring new avenues for growth.
Requirements:
* Must have at least two years' floristry experience and be able to evidence their skills.
* The successful candidate will have proven experience and a passion for the floral and/or events industry as well as account management and relationship building.
* Must be friendly, approachable and communicate confidently.
* Possess initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility.
* Strong organisational skills and an above and beyond attitude.
* The ability to work independently to short deadlines, to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
* High level of attention to detail.
