Self Pay Onsite Sales Advisor | Free Parking | Excellent Benefits | Harpenden | Monday - Friday 7.5 hours per day. Start time varies between 8-10am.
Spire Harpenden Hospital are looking to appoint a Sales Advisor to join their established Self Pay team. The purpose of the Onsite Sales Advisor is to work all Self-Pay patient enquiries either outpatient or in-patient, convert warm leads into appointments and admissions in order to meet key performance targets. Demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a positive and proactive customer focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all Self-Pay patient enquiries, both over the telephone and online/email, from initial enquiry through to booking.
2. Proactively convert patients post consultation to imaging, physiotherapy or surgical admission.
3. Support self-pay patients through their pathway providing them with clear, transparent communication and options for treatment and care.
4. Working to agreed KPIs with positive and proactive customer-focused attitude
5. Communicate clearly and effectively with prospective patients via telephone and email, to provide information regarding pricing, procedures, consultants, availability etc.
6. Convert warm leads into appointments/sales in order to meet key performance targets
7. Deliver high quality customer service & care, in line with the expectations of a leading private healthcare business.
8. Liaise with Hospital Departments to address communication or administrative issues.
9. Report to the Sales Manager on any escalations or concerns for activity and performance.
10. Provide information on the availability of financing solutions.
11. Provide clear and transparent quotations for minor operations and surgical admissions.
12. Provide accurate quotations for minor operations and surgical admissions to patients.
13. Liaise with consultants and medical secretary’s on consultant fee information.
