Do you have a passion for solving problems, improving processes, and helping people embrace change? Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract ending 31st December 2026.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, typically requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities, capture business requirements, and deliver meaningful change. You'll lead workshops, map current and future processes, and guide the design and delivery of digital and business transformation projects that drive better services for our customers.
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement, ideally in a digital or IT environment
* Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate workshops
* Strong skills in mapping complex processes, identifying efficiencies, and leading change
* A collaborative, proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
* Desirable: BCS or IIBA business analysis certifications (or certificates in relevant modules to demonstrate working towards this)
